The Tennessee Conference has designated ten Advance Specials for 2006 - 2007.  These specials support ministries in the Murfreesboro District and the other districts of our conference.

Your local church is already a mission church by paying your World Service, Conference Benevolences, and other Apportioned Funds.  But through the Advance, you have another chance to share your faith and be in mission in specific kinds of ministries, or in specific places, that are of particular interest to you.

The Advance is our official, second mile channel for designated giving in the United Methodist Church.  One hundred percent of your gift goes to the ministry you choose!  This is possible because all of the administrative and promotional costs of the Advance are covered by other fund sources.

Your gift will make a difference in the lives of people right here in Middle Tennessee!

Contributions to these advance specials should be sent to the Conference Treasurer, either directly, or through your local church to:

Tennessee Conference Connectional Ministries
304 South Perimeter Park Dr.
Suite 1
Nashville, TN  37211

Please indicate the Tennessee Conference Advance Special Number and the title/subject of the Advance Special that you wish to contribute to.
